"In 2014, Dr. Herbert joined Fairfield County Personal Medicine, now Stamford Health Medical Group, a concierge practice specializing in primary care, including wellness and preventive healthcare.

Prior to joining SHMG, he was in a private practice in Stamford since 1999.
Dr. Herbert is Chairman of Stamford Hospital’s Medical Staff and has also served as Chair of the Credentials Committee and as a member of the Medical Executive Committee. He is a Clinical Instructor for: Family Medicine Residency Program at the Stamford Hospital Columbia University College of Physicians; MD program for New York Medical College; Columbia University School of Medicine; University of Connecticut School of Medicine; Quinnipiac University School of Medicine; APRN programs at: Fairfield University; Sacred Heart University; Pace University and Quinnipiac University.
Dr. Herbert has been recognized as a ‘’Top Doctor” multiple times by Castle Connolly, New York Magazine Metro Area, Connecticut, Greenwich, Stamford, New Canaan & Darien magazines."
