He never emphasized my age.

Didn't rely solely on numbers, and he never emphasized my age. He seemed optimistic about our chances of success in getting pregnant.

smart, but also friendly and sympathetic

Dr. Penzias is smart, but also friendly and sympathetic. He made sure that I got help for the depression and difficulty I was facing after my previous IVF failure. I couldn't have asked for anything better.
